- What governments can do - changes to Residential Tenancies Act, municipal by-laws, affordable energy programs
- What technology can do - retrofitting, Passive House standards, home energy retrofit opportunities (HERO)
- What community can do - care-mongering, community science, greening urban areas to combat heat islands
