Identifying and Addressing Pollution

Identifying and addressing pollution is a very important action. Pollution Logs can be used to record your experiences in your neighbourhood or at your home. Keeping a log of what you encounter is one way to collect evidence the polluter cannot deny.

What to look for:

If you see visible emissions coming from a stack (not steam but discolored discharges of a black, brown, green, yellow, or orangey-red colour), it is likely that the stack emission that you are viewing is exceeding provincial air quality regulations.
