What To Look For:

If you see visible emissions coming from a stack (not steam, but discoloured discharges of a black, brown, green, yellow, or orangey-red colour), it is likely that the stack emission that you are viewing is exceeding provincial air quality regulations

Who To Contact:

If you see visible stack emissions, please take the time to call in the incident to the provincial Ministry of the Environment (MOE).  Be prepared to indicate the time of day you saw the emissions and wind direction.
